"Toyota erleben" - kick-off event at Bispingen

At the Ralf Schumacher kart circuit at Bispingen, Germany, VIPs and guests competed in an exciting kart race. Toyota brand ambassador, Isolde Holderied, was also present.

In the new " Toyota erleben" campaign ("Live Toyota") the Japanese manufacturer has summed up all the events and experience-oriented offers of the brand. At the Ralf Schumacher kart circuit at Bispingen this new platform was presented to the public. In addition to the many VIP guests and media representatives, Formula One driver Ralf Schumacher joined the action. The guests had the chance to learn more about the pillars of the 2005 " Toyota erleben" programme: the Toyota Yaris Cup, the Toyota Kart Cup, the ADAC driver training and the Toyota Land Cruiser Event.

As Toyota's brand ambassador, Isolde took care of journalists and TV crews. "The event was a huge success," she commented, "Ralf spent some time with the Yaris Cup drivers. This is a great motivation for the young talents."

On the outdoor kart circuit, the guests could take to the track in a Toyota Yaris race car. However, a spectacular kart race was the highlight of the day. VIPs such as hip-hoppers "Die Fantastischen Vier", TV presenter Mola Adebisi, singer Haddaway and actor Mark Keller, teamed up with Toyota representatives and visitors who had qualified for the event earlier. In the end, Mark Keller's team took first place.
