Isolde on the road with “Toyota erleben”

Once again, Isolde Holderied has to cope with a tight schedule this year. As Toyota Brand Ambassador, the former Rally World Champion accompanies the “Toyota erleben” (“Experience Toyota”) series.

Since early April, Isolde has been supporting participants in the Toyota off-road events, held all over Germany, by providing them with driving tips and the necessary technical know-how. This weekend, she is going to attend this year’s final off-road event to be held at Langenaltheim, Bavaria.
Isolde’s background knowledge, however, isn’t restricted to off-road. Within the scope of the Nürburgring Endurance Championship she offers guests the chance of taking a look behind the curtains, informing them on the motor racing basics and guiding them in the pits. The next VLN round to be visited by Isolde will be held on 26th May.

Just one day later, Isolde will be back in Augsburg. In the first of six driving courses, the entrants will have to master a handling course and a slalom circuit. To facilitate these tasks for the participants, Isolde shares her motor-racing experiences with them.

Furthermore, there are three other highlights awaiting Isolde in 2007. In June, she is to attend the legendary “Goodwood Festival of Speed”. In early September, the Toyota Formula One drivers will turn Cologne’s city centre into a Formula One track, in the “City Grand Prix”. And in late September, during the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Isolde will be a member of the Toyota crew.
